Old School Tattoo Machine & Hand Animated Cursor

Three colors, bold outlines, no gray wash, that's the whole palette and it doesn't need more. The custom cursor is a coil tattoo machine drawn like a flash sheet, coiled cord and all, and the loop gives it a little kick, rocking the needle end like it's mid-line. The mouse pointer is the hand doing the work: snake, skull, dagger, roses, inked knuckle to wrist in proper old school red.

Fun fact: the 1891 patent for the first electric tattoo machine started life as Thomas Edison's electric pen, built to punch stencils in paper, until Samuel O'Reilly rewired it to punch ink into skin.
