Manga Ink Sketch Arrow Cursor
Nothing here is clean, and that is the whole point. The arrow is rough ink strokes packed with crosshatching, straight off a storyboard before cleanup, and the mouse pointer is the pointing hand redrawn to match, halftone dots doing the shading across the knuckles. Pure black and white, pen-drawn, zero color. If your taste runs to screentones and panel borders, the manga aesthetic is already yours.
Fun fact: those dotted shadows are screentone, adhesive sheets artists press onto manga pages by hand and then scrape with a blade to fake gradients, because printing true gray costs more ink.
