USA & UK Countryballs Animated Cursor

one ball wears sunglasses, one wears a top hat and a monocle with a tiny globe on it. the cursor is the USA countryball, and the loop is just the shades sliding down and snapping back, like it heard something and chose to unhear it. the pointer is the UK countryball, hat on, monocle on, already done with your input. a memes cursor pack for people who treat geopolitics as a spectator sport.

(Fun fact: the top hat and monocle on the UK ball are canon from the very first 2009 countryball comics, the same run where the USA picked up his shades.)
