Stormy Cat Witch Halloween Animated Cursor

A round gray cat in a purple witch hat, standing there with the calm of something that has seen many Octobers. Every loop it does one small bounce, hat jiggling a little, then settles like nothing happened. The mouse pointer is the same cat with its eyes shut, entirely at peace with whatever you click.

Not scary, barely spooky, extremely round. This cursor pack is for people who want their Halloween soft. 🎃
