Mitsi Animator vs. Animation Animated Cursor

One of the only figures in the entire Outernet with hair and a dress, and somehow the one everyone's heart belongs to. On loop she sways side to side, ponytail flicking with every tilt, gray dress following the motion, while her pointer self stands at rest like she's waiting for you to catch up. Soft grays, rounded everything, zero aggression 🩶 If you know what she means to victim, no one had to explain a single thing to you.

Fun fact: Mitsi started as a dance animation test a woman named Grace uploaded to Newgrounds, and that upload is literally what carried her into the Outernet, so the gentle sway you're watching is true to her very first frames.
