Liquid Chrome Y2K Animated Cursor

Somebody poured chrome over a cursor and it never fully set. The arrow runs like melting mercury, drips stretching down from the tip and tail on loop while the mirror finish keeps every highlight razor sharp. The pointer is its own subject: the classic hand, cast in the same liquid metal, already dripping from the fingertips.
