Krusty Krab Cat Meme Animated Cursor

The Krusty Krab has hired a cat, and apparently that is allowed. The mouse pointer is a black cat in full uniform, white employee hat with the blue anchor, the black band, the blue brim, staring like it already knows tonight's grill shift. The custom cursor is the arrow, standard shape, except someone tied a rope to its tail and hung an anchor off the end, and on the loop the whole thing drifts while the anchor sways below, dragging a little nautical weight behind every click. Fast food themed and fully staffed.

Fun fact: in Stephen Hillenburg's original pitch, SpongeBoy Ahoy!, the employee hat carried a C instead of an anchor, because the restaurant was still called the Crusty Crab back then.
