Electric Cracked Stone Animated Cursor

Black stone that treats its cracks like wiring. Your cursor is fractured rock, chiseled and faceted, one seam of electric light running straight down the middle, and the loop makes that seam breathe: deep blue, flaring bright cyan, settling back, over and over, like pressure moving under the surface of a slab that should not be alive.
