Cursed Liquid Skull Animated Cursor

Some cursors point. This one drips. The mouse cursor is a shard of dark glass with something sealed inside, and the loop lets it out for a breath: a green skull surfaces, glowing liquid slides off its grin, and the arrow goes still again like nothing happened.

The pointer is not helping. It is a skeletal hand, index finger raised, pale bone with the same green light pooling between the knuckles. Yours if your screen has been too well behaved lately. 💀
