Classic Windows Pixel Arrow Cursor
The most famous pixels in computing, and nobody credits them because they look like the defaults. The custom cursor is the classic black-and-white arrow, staircase edge placed pixel by pixel, and the mouse pointer is the hand that has pointed at links since 1987. Two colors, hard edges, no apologies.
Fun fact: the tilt is engineering, not style. At Xerox PARC in 1973, Alan Kay angled the arrow so one edge stays vertical on a 16 by 16 pixel grid, because straight up, both slopes went jagged. Every desktop arrow since copies that fix.
