Bungo Stray Dogs Fukuzawa Katana Animated Cursor

The animated cursor is Fukuzawa's katana, held low and unhurried, the blade tilting a few degrees through its loop like he is deciding whether it stays sheathed. The mouse pointer is the man himself, the Silver Wolf, silver hair and that unimpressed stare that has quieted whole rooms without a single word.

Hover anything and it gets the Agency treatment: judged in silence, then clicked anyway. Add the pack and run your tabs the way he runs the Armed Detective Agency.

Fun fact: he is drawn from the real Fukuzawa Yukichi, the Meiji-era educator whose face is printed on Japan's 10,000 yen note, so this desktop technically runs on currency.
